Flow BioLabs products are digital, non-physical programs (guided protocols, calculators, trackers, and reference materials) delivered instantly online. Because there is no physical item to ship or return, this policy works differently than a typical physical-goods return policy.
General Policy
All purchases provide instant digital access at the moment of checkout. Because materials are available immediately, purchases are final except as described below under Program-Specific Guarantees or Billing Errors.
Program-Specific Guarantees
Some Flow BioLabs programs include a specific guarantee, published on that program’s own sales page. Where a guarantee is offered, the terms on that page govern.
14-Night Deep Sleep Rebuild — The Measured Guarantee. Complete all fourteen nights, log your Signal Scoreboard, and if your deep sleep percentage, HRV trend, or morning readiness score shows no measurable improvement over your own baseline, send your completed Scoreboard to support@flowbiohealth.com within 60 days of purchase. We will refund you in full, and you keep the materials. This guarantee applies to the Protocol Only, Complete System, and Recovery Stack tiers.
21-Day Metabolic Friction Reset — 30-Day Guarantee. Complete the 21-day protocol. If you don’t feel a real difference in your energy, sleep, or recovery, email support@flowbiohealth.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Billing Errors & Duplicate Charges
If you were charged in error, charged twice for the same order, or believe there is a billing mistake, contact support@flowbiohealth.com with your order number or receipt and we will investigate and correct it.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times are set by your bank or card issuer once we submit the refund and are outside our control.
